The journey of life is a revolving door of variables which may require you to seek a support system during challenging times, loss, and hardships. Your mental health is interconnected in all aspects of your life; thus, having a safe space to express your thoughts and feelings allows you a dedicated time to wellness and a commitment to self.
Therapy gives you the personalized time and skills to develop strategies to incorporate in your life journey. Using mindfulness techniques and incorporating cognitive behavorial therapy from a humanistic approach provides you the resources to support your self care. My focus areas continue to be on Anxiety, Grief, Depression & Trauma.
